Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Nyah Nailed It! Please review our policy before placing your order.

Press-Ons & Final-Sale Products

For hygiene and product safety, press-on nails, custom nail sets, nail glue, primer, monomer, acrylic powders, and cuticle oils are final sale. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on these products.

Please check your nail measurements, selected size, shape, and design before ordering. Incorrect sizing selected by the customer does not qualify for a refund.

Final-sale restrictions do not apply to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or where a return or refund is required by law.

Tools & Accessories

You may request a return for unopened, unused brushes, tools, nail tips, and accessories within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

Items must be in their original packaging, with seals intact where applicable, and include all original pieces. Used, opened, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days, with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where possible.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. You will not be responsible for return shipping when the issue is our error or a confirmed product defect. This reporting window does not limit your legal rights.

How to Request a Return

Please wait for our return instructions. Do not mail leaking monomer or other nail liquids without contacting us for safe handling instructions.

Return Costs

Customers pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns. Original shipping and completed local delivery fees are not refundable for these returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

We will notify you after reviewing your claim or inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

For partial bundle returns, any approved refund is based on the amount paid for the returned item after the bundle discount.

Order Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel orders that have not entered packing or shipment. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins, except where required by law.

Local Pickup & Delivery

The same eligibility rules apply to shipped, local pickup, and local delivery orders. Contact us to arrange any approved local return.
