Shipping Policy

Your next nail obsession is on the way! Here’s what to expect when ordering from Nyah Nailed It.

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. During launches, sales, and holidays, additional processing time may be needed. We will contact you if your order experiences a significant delay.

Custom and made-to-order press-on sets follow the turnaround listed on their product pages. Orders containing custom items may ship together once all items are ready.

Shipping Locations & Rates

We ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Available shipping options and charges appear at checkout based on your address, order contents, and package weight.

Some products may have destination or shipping-method restrictions. International shipping is not currently available.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout when available and begin after the carrier receives your package.

Delivery dates are estimates unless the selected service explicitly provides a guarantee. Weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.

Choosing faster shipping does not shorten order processing or custom production time.

Nail Liquids & Restricted Products

Certain nail liquids, including monomer, primer, and remover, may require ground transportation or special handling. Available shipping methods depend on the product and destination.

Orders containing restricted products may take longer to arrive and may not qualify for expedited shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information using the contact details provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available only for eligible addresses and will appear at checkout when offered. Delivery fees and any minimum purchase requirements are displayed before payment.

Please provide a valid phone number and clear delivery instructions. We will contact you to arrange or confirm your delivery window. Same-day delivery is not guaranteed.

If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange the next step. Any additional delivery charge will be disclosed before you agree to redelivery.

Local Pickup

If pickup is available at checkout, please wait for your “Ready for Pickup” notification before arriving.

Your notification will include pickup instructions and the location. Bring your order confirmation and photo identification. Contact us in advance if someone else will collect your order.

Address Changes & Returned Packages

Please check your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order enters packing or shipment.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you about reshipping or any applicable refund. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address are the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

For damaged, leaking, incorrect, or incomplete orders, contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days of receipt, with your order number and photos where possible. Keep the packaging until we provide instructions.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please also see our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
